You can enjoy scenic hikes to the villages of Pabo and Kamiana. Longer hikes can be made to Kiar Koti and Tattapani but it is better to take a guide along to these places. Shimla also serves as a base for treks to Kullu valley over the Jalori Pass or the Bashleo Pass.
